I cannot get the AV scanner at Windows Live Safety Center to run. I can
download the scanner successfully. Then, the first time I downloaded it, I got no button to push to start the scan. So, I provided feedback about that and then uninstalled it and tried to download it a second time. That time after installing, I was presented with a button to click to start the scan. But nothing happened when I clicked on the button. IE reports java script errors on all the pages at the Live Safety Center site. I am running XP Pro SP1a. What further steps can I take to get the scanner to work properly? |
