Default Tracking how often users run a certain program

Hello All,

I've got a public computer in our network used for burning CDs, at the
moment we use Nero for it. Now our managers wants to track how often the
users run Nero and burn CDs, so Im thinking to implement some kind of audit
policy to track such statistic, but still dont know how.

Do you have any suggestions how to get it done? Any user uses his own user
account to log on system, so the statistic is needed to be per user. Well of
course, the best choice would be to track even the file names burnt on CD,
but i dont think it can be achived by windows built-in facilities

Use Event Viewer to see if anything is recorded in the application log or
not. If not you may need to use a third party useage tracking program such
as the one at the link below ofr Spector Pro 5.0. Since it is not free make
sure you read the documentation to make sure it does exactly what you
ant. --- Steve
