Default Pop ups I cant get rid of.

I am getting obnoxious pop ups constantly. I have norton Anti Virus, adaware
se, pop up blocker turned on with explorer browser, Spy bot search and
destroy. I scan for spyware constantly but cant get rid of these particular
pop ups. They say ADSERVER on the web bar when they pop up. My children
use my computer and some of them have prevocative adds for Singles sights.
The women are scantily dressed of course
How can I get rid of this? Immediately after I run a scan and delete
everything and reboot my computer my Norton pops up that it has found spyware
and promps me to run another scan. It is always the same message. It says
it is ADWARE. I scan, ifind it, remove it and then it just comes back again.

Please help.

Try booting into safe mode and then using Norton to eradicate the pest.
Looks like the pest loads itself when you load Windows normally. It might
not load when booted into Safe mode.
