Default Stop Win XP from being rebooted

I have taken over as the MIS mgr and the manager before had to setup a WXP
SP2 workstation with VMWare so that the company could wait before upgrading
Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2K3. There is a scheduled task that runs every
Sunday morning at 1:00 am that reboots the workstation. I can see in the log
when the scheduled tasks happens but I can not see where the task came from
either remote or local. I need to block all users except for a local admin
account from rebooting the machine.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
