Default denied access

I am being denied access to c:\documents and settings\all users\documents,
which is interfering with my adobe acrobat... i think that this problem
started after i set up a network at work, or it may be just a coincidence. i
thought perhaps something with my administrator account, so i tried setting
up a new one, but with no change in accessing this folder. any ideas?
