I wish to permit my 13 and 15 year old grandchildren access to my computer,
but prevent access to sexual explicit material and any other material not
suited to their age. Is the Guest access suited and would they be able to
use the Messenger Progr. under those restrictions? Thank you!

I suggest parental control software that may be free from your ISP or that
you can purchase. You can usually configure the software on a per user
basis to allow/disallow internet access, access to sites by age,
etc...etc...etc...

Here is an example how I did that last summer for a visit by my grandkids
using software from my ISP and other strategies...
