Default Annoying Notepad Window for New User Account

Merry Christmas everyone! I am just beginning to understand the ins and outs
of having and using a limited user account. I'm a slow learner but it's
dawning on me that it is much safer to use a limited account while online.
The annoyance (I hope that's all it is) is that since I've created the new
user account, every time I log off from admin account and log into the
limited account, a notepad window opens up. It says this:
[.ShellClassInfo]LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\Shell 32\dll,-21787

Please can someone tell me why it opens every time I log on to the limited
account, and how can I get rid of it?

Thank you

Notepad Starts With "[.ShellClassInfo] LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\System32\Shell 32.dll,-21787" When You Start Your Computer
