I'm so sorry you are having problems. Since you haven't told us anything
about the problems, your computer, your printer, or your network, no
one can help you.

Here is a link that will show you what details to include in a newsgroup
post:

Post back with all the pertinent details and lots of people will be here
to help you.

If you are using simple file sharing on the compute then make sure the guest
account is enabled and that everyone group has permissions to the
share/printer. If you are not make sure that the computer offering the share
has user accounts that match the logon/password of the user trying to access
the share. You can also look in the security log via Event Viewer to see if
there are any logon failures recorded that may give you a clue as to why
access is denied. When you have the problem verify that the remote user can
ping the computer with the share by name and IP address and the user should
be able to telnet into port 139 TCP or 445 TCP from their computer. If you
use the command [ telnet computername 139 ] you should get a blinking cursor
and a blank command window if the port is open to the remote computer. ---
