Default unable to locate kernel component

Every time I restart, click on control panel or security icon, I get a
"unable to locate kernel component" box. In the box it say's "wtkernel". When
I click on "o.k.", whatever I was trying to pull up works. Any advice?

wtkernel.dll is part of WildTangent. WildTangent may be needed if you play
games.

If you don't play games, uninstall WildTangent.

What anti-malware scanning tools have you performed so far?
