Default Popup blocker disabled based on destination

Is there a way to specify to IE6 on a WinXP SP2 computer to allow popup based
on the destination popup. The interface only seems to allow bypass based on
source adress. The point to this is to enable a popup windows to an internal
proxy (Symantec Web security) with browser comforting and user notification
when large file are being downloaded...

You can add the URL to the exception list in the privacy page for pop up
blocker settings. --- Steve
