My pop up blocker is disable permanenetly. whenever I enable it ....it shows
enabled and then in next second when i check its status it is disabled. it is
not working at all. please help me out.......i am tired of these pop ups.

It sounds like your computer is infested with malware which is turning
off your popup blocker. Make sure your computer is clean:
