Default Sysprep Image not Joining Domain

Hi
We have a problem with deploying sysprep, namely that when the PC boots for
the first time, and runs sysprep.inf, it fails to join the domain specified
in the sysprep.inf file, other settings work fine however........
If I power off the PC at the point where it fails to join the domain OR
decline the licence agreement (which forces a reboot), it reruns sysprep and
joins the domain just fine.

Any Ideas ?

You may want to look at the %WINDIR%\DEBUG\NETSETUP.LOG to see if it has any
clues. Also, when the error first occurs, you can press Shift-F10 to get a
command prompt; from there, verify that the network driver is installed and
has valid TCP/IP settings.
