Default Local Profile Migration into Windows 2003 Server (Standard) Domain

I have several Windows XP Professional users who have local user profiles on
their desktops. I have just created a new domain and need to migrate these
profiles into the domain. Is there a way to do this?

In other words, when these user login to the new domain, a new profile is
created for them and the local profile is seperate from the domain profile.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
