I was wondering if there was an SP3 yet. This would make it easier on me to
not have download all updates after sp2, and the ones before it. If there is
wheres the link?

Not yet,when microsoft have a major amounts of updates,hotfixes,etc,they
come out with a SP.Look for one in summer 2006

No, SP-3 is currently planned for 2nd half of 2007
When/if SP-3 comes out, it will be referenced here:

There is one or more 3rd parties putting many of the patches together and
calling it Service Pack 3 but they are not endorsed by Microsoft and their
products are best ignored since Microsoft is the only legitimate place to
get Windows Updates.
