Running XP PRO SP2, AMD64 3500+, System disc F:

Had problems with Creative Soundblaster driver installation and tried to use
SYSTEM RESTORE. RESTORE will not run from Wizard or System Restore tab. I
do not even get setup screen. I receive message box stating: (An exception
occurred while trying to run "F:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL
"F:\WINDOWS\System32\sysdm.cpl"System")

RESTORE has worked in the past but do not know when problem started or if it
is related to driver crash.

System running OK now but how do I fix or reload restore?
