Hi Carey,
Thanks for your prompt answer. Though it did not work, can start the system restore tool since I can't get any command prompt. The promt is "blinking" but nothing can be typed. The graphic card device was enabled is more correct description of the stupid things I did... Is there's something I can do? Thanks, Christine "Carey Frisch [MVP]" wrote: > How to start the System Restore tool at a command prompt in Windows XP > http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;304449 > > -- > Carey Frisch > Microsoft MVP > Windows - Shell/User > Microsoft Community Newsgroups > news://msnews.microsoft.com/ > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > "kallinatti" wrote: > > | Big mistake!
