Tried AdAware as suggested - still missing file. plainjim1

Launch msconfig.exe, click the startup tab, then untick each
and every task. Now tick them one at a time and reboot the PC each time until you find the culprit that causes your error message. Leave this one unticked but restore all the other ticks.
