Default Product Activation

I am about to do a full windows reinstall. When I first bought my computer a
couple of years ago, I installed Win XP and activated it. I then installed
SP1 which caused all kinds of trouble. Ultimately, I reformatted and
reverted to Win 2000 Pro. I now have a problem that requires a full
reinstall. Since SP2 has been released, I'd like to try my copy of Win XP
again. However, I'm worried about a "SNAFU" with Product Activation. Since I
originally activated XP, I have changed my DVD drive, monitor and printer, I
have removed a parallel port card and added an network card. Otherwise, my
hardware is the same. (I also have a new e-mail address)

Can you tell me if this is going to give me trouble? If so, what are the
steps necessary to reactivate?

If it has been more than 120 days since the last activation of your
Windows XP license there should not be any activation issues.

Good luck
