windows installer patch missing
When I go into Outlook, Word, Excel and go to detect and repair a window
installer patch appears and tells me I am missing a patch. How do I get that patch and how do I run detect and repair to run successfully?

Try downloading and installing installer 3.1 for xp,the download # is 893803

You receive the "This patch package could not be opened" error
