Default Sysprep Problems with XP?

Some of the problems I am running into with using Sysprep for Windows XP is
once I Sysprep a PC it looses all the DNS settings(I.E. Append These DNS
Suffix's, DNS Suffix' For this connection, Register this connection's address
in DNS & Use This connections DNS suffix in DNS registration), I did find
which registry keys to change to enable these manually then once I put this
information into not only my Sysprep.inf file under GUIRUNONCE(which did not
work) but also in my CMNDLINES.TXT file and after I run Sysprep it does not
even seem to want to look at the location of Sysprep\i386\$OEM$\ to run the
Registry Merge files?????
