Default Restarting XP & being auto logged in with other users

I am running Windows XP Home. When my computer is turned on or restarted it
logs me in instead of going to Welcome screen so other users can access their
accounts.

Click Start / Run, then type control UserPasswords2 {OK}.
Now tick the box that requires users to enter a password.
