Default Sysprep DHCPClassID JoinDomain

Our organization is currently using the DHCPClassID to identify managed
computers. We have a problem where joining the domain fails during
mini-setup due to the DHCPClassID not being set until next reboot. Does
anyone have a workaround for this or know why the DHCPClassID is not set
until the next reboot?
