Default ms antispyware and dcom

i recently reinstalled my pc with win xp home sp2 and i also installed ms
antispyware. But when i log in to my computer, there is nothing wrong. But
when my father log in with his own account, it's taking some time log in
completely.

When I look in to the logfiles, i'm getting a lot of errors about the dcom.
event id is 10010.
I also getting a registry value. When i search the the value in the
registry, it will find this: gcasDtServ.Manager. I uninstalled ms antispyware
temporary.

This anybody know how i can fix this?

Thanx
