I agree. I use Acronis True image for scheduled night-time backups of the
system disk and CasperXP to make a clone of it which I keep about two weeks
older so that I can quickly "go back" by a reboot and selecting the earlier
OS.

I like about Casper their prompt and efficient human help whereas with
Acronis it slow and like corresponding with a zombie. I have not got the F11
quick restore at boot time to work properly though I started corresponding
about it with version 8 and now after getting to 9.3 have had to give up.
[The full normal restore works OK but then why have the F11 option, it is so
easy to put in a rescue CD? -- when recovery is necessary
