Default Joining/merging NTFS drives (with Pointsec)

Have a laptop with one 10 GB c: disk (boot, Windows and Program Files)
and one 40 GB d: disk (empty). PC has Pointsec harddisk encryption. Is
there an easy way to expand the c: disk with the space from the d:
disk? I know I can free it up and add it to the c: drive, but will
that work on a PC with Pointsec, or is that asking for trouble :-)
