Setup was unable to load
I'm trying to change my OS from Windows 2000 to Windows XP. During
installation, I get the message "The option to upgrade will not be available at this time because setup was unablt to load the file e:\i386\WINTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL" I've copied the file folder i386 to my hard drive but I'm still getting the message above. Any help would be appreciated
