Default home movies

i have successfully compiled my movie in the movie tasks pane and tried to
burn it to dvd. After about an hour of this a message appears saying that an
unknown error has occurred. This has happened three times.I have followed all
the instructions carefully in windows movie maker,i have installed a new
blank dvd each time.I press the prompy to begin copying the movie to dvd and
it all looks as though it is being copied right up until the last few seconds
of copying then the error message pops up.What can be wrong?

Default RE: home movies

try creating a DVD image file (iso) and then use your DVD burning program to
burn the DVD.

Do you have windows MCE edition? I assume so as you are trying to burn
direct from MM.
If so, you may find using the mce newsgroup may have more help.
More info may help as well, how long is the movie?
What file types are in it, dv-avi, bitmap, wmv are likes, mpeg/jpeg/mp3 are
not.
