When I use movie maker it will copy video from my camcorder to my computer.
However it will not open the AVI files. I can open them with media player and edit them with Ulead. Also mpeg files produced by Ulead crash explorer when I go to folder that contains the mpeg files |

This sounds like a codec problem, I'd visit Papajohns website,
www.papajohn.org and check out the crashes and hangs page. -- Graham Hughes MVP Digital Media www.myvideoproblems.co.uk www.dvds2treasure.com www.simplydv.com "ms2089" <ms2089@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:7E913190-A761-4536-8A72-70947F97DFB8@microsoft.com... > When I use movie maker it will copy video from my camcorder to my > computer. > However it will not open the AVI files. > > I can open them with media player and edit them with Ulead. > > Also mpeg files produced by Ulead crash explorer when I go to folder that > contains the mpeg files |
