Default DV Camera Not Recognized Properly

Hello All,

I have been looking through the posts here and have tried several of the
solutions provided, to no avail. I even had a blue screen event and had to
undo some of the changes. Here is my problem. I have a Sony DVR-TRV19 and
am connecting it via a Sony i.Link cable. This used to work but I have since
resetup my computer and done all the latest and greatest Windows updates
including SP2. When I connect my camera Windows recognizes it and installs
it. It shows it as a video device. When I go to Movie Maker or Pinnacle
Studio and try to capture they both tell me that no video capture device is
present. Can anyone please give me an idea what to do to correct this issue?

Thanks,

Diamus
