Sorry, I still have no real idea of exactly what you are doing. If this is
a movie/video file, it will have one of the following extensions: MOV RM AVI WMV MPG If the unzipped file does not have one of these extensions, for example if it's an EXE file then it most certainly is NOT a movie/video file... and may well be a trojan or virus. If it's a ZIP file, then RIGHT CLICK on it and EXTRACT TO.... -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging "Traceyyyy" <Traceyyyy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CBA0C7F6-E1FC-438D-86D2-4295A69BBBC0@microsoft.com... > Hi Cari, > Thanks for getting back so quickly,it says inno setup, and also version > 3.06,compression-deflated,I have no idea what that means(that is after > i've > unzipped.Hope this can help u know what i'm talking about. > Tracey > > "Cari (MS-MVP)" wrote: > >> In what format is the file.... ie what is the extension? >> -- >> Cari (MS-MVP) >> Printing & Imaging >> >> >> >> "Traceyyyy" <Traceyyyy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news:3FB29997-2D6B-4BEA-98F8-A40337556C1E@microsoft.com... >> >I am having problems opening pal version movie I have now in my >> > documents. When I unzipped, the wizard came on,but I never seen anything >> > happen >> > while extracting files. It said completed ,but when >> > opened, nothing. Please >> > help, cause I can't watch any movies till I fix this >> >> >> |

Since the downloaded file in ZIP format, UNZIP it to some folder (right
click on file) and then tell us the resulting file name. |
