I'm running in to the same problems with trying to edit recorded TV media
center files with software other than the bundled Sonic.Sonic wont let you edit without paying $70-$100 upgrade. I already have Adobe Elements but it won't recogonize the dvr-ms files. I was told Roxio Easy Creator 7 will recogonize the files so I'm going to try it this weekend. I'm just looking to edit some of the commercials out of the recorded TV before burning. I will let you know how the Roxio works -- Bob "choitoy57" wrote: > > Cari \(MS-MVP\) Wrote: > > Do you have other DVD burning software on the PC? > > > > [/i] > > I can use other software to burn DVDs (I use dvd decryptor), and iTunes > still recognizes and burns the drive. It's the VideoWave part of the Roxio software you will be working in. It
works just fine... at least v7.5 does. v8 is due out shortly. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging "Bob" <Bob@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:B98433A5-95BE-472C-A304-5414804F9F49@microsoft.com... > I'm running in to the same problems with trying to edit recorded TV media > center files with software other than the bundled Sonic.Sonic wont let > you > edit without paying $70-$100 upgrade.
