What are the file extensions of the videos you are trying to play.....?
Are they on the hard drive of your PC or online? -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging "Brennan Lam" <BrennanLam@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:106F8A0A-F7FF-4745-AB54-DFAEE26BD38F@microsoft.com... > My computer freezes when i tr to play a video and i have to restart. any > suggestions on this problem? |

What player?
What format of video? It's probably not compatible with the player, or no codec to play it is installed. -- Graham Hughes MVP Digital Media www.myvideoproblems.co.uk www.dvds2treasure.com www.simplydv.com "Brennan Lam" <BrennanLam@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:106F8A0A-F7FF-4745-AB54-DFAEE26BD38F@microsoft.com... > My computer freezes when i tr to play a video and i have to restart. any > suggestions on this problem? |
