Default I believe this is a Video driver problem

Hi,

I am getting the following error message on logon:

error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\NVMCTRAY.DLL

I started getting this on a fresh install of XP, so i cornered the
problem to nVidea drivers, i have however re-installed them several
times and still no luck.

Just wondering has anyone elso had the same problem? and what did you
do to fix it?

Thanks in advance

Adam

I belive you are correct to a certian degree. It is to do with the
nVidia software but not the graphics card drivers, try downloading the
dll from
[url=http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?nvmctray]here
put it in the place where windows thinks it should be and see what
happens.
