I didn't know where to post this so im just posting it here. I have a
problems, don't know if anyone else has it, that if you have a folder of videos (with the videos displayed by their thumbnails), when a new video's thumbnail is being made and its extension is wrong (most problematic is a ..mov labeled as a .mpg), explorer.exe will crash because it cannot create a thumbnail for .mov files. At that point, the only way to fix it is to view the videos as a list and rename the file with the proper extension. I wish this was fixed and windows could detect what kind of file it is (like G-Spot Codec Appliance does). |

Do you get the chance to send up an error report? If so, what crash bucket number do you get? http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#bucket should help you look it up... Are you up to date on http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com ? -- (speaking for myself and doing this in my free time) See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
