I try to view video on websites like cnn.com. They say they use windows
media, however when I attempt to watch the video, the sparate video screen comes up and nothing happens it is just a blank screen. Their help topics are not helpful they just tell me to clear the cache which I have done. I am using a cable modem. Thanks for any help. |
