Default RE: Column: How to have a video conversation with MSN Messenger

Need help trying to get MSN Messenger to recognize my Polycom ViaVideo. My
Windows XP recognizes it and I'm using it for other purposes. Any clues to
get it as an option in setup? If not, where can I get help for this?
