I need to free up some space on my c: drive and I want to move Movie Maker to
D:, however every time I try to move or remove the program, it reinstalls itself on C:. Can anyone tell me how to remove that install routine? |

There isn't one. It's considered part of Windows and must be installed on
the same drive as Windows. If you need more room on your C: drive, consider moving the My Documents folder. Right click on the icon on the desktop and relocate the whole folder to another hard drive. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Printing & Imaging "GalanRacing" <GalanRacing@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:45EA96CC-5C3D-4CD3-A8F2-1F101D5CFC82@microsoft.com... >I need to free up some space on my c: drive and I want to move Movie Maker >to > D:, however every time I try to move or remove the program, it reinstalls > itself on C:. I've always found it best to run all the programmes from the operating
system drive, mostly C: and all other stuff goes on my other drives. -- Graham Hughes MVP Digital Media www.myvideoproblems.co.uk www.dvds2treasure.com www.simplydv.com "Cari (MS-MVP)" <Newsgroups1@coribright.com> wrote in message news:ux0Ktj%238FHA.500@TK2MSFTNGP15.phx.gbl... > There isn't one.
