What do I do about this message:
DirectDraw Fatal Error!
Cannot lock surface(real DirectDraw drivers not installed)
Please contact your vendor for updated display drivers.

Ive updated my Nvidia drivers to the latest forceware, and the latest
DirectX, 9.0c.
Ive tried testing the DirectDraw using "dxdiag" and all tests passed except
when it went to full screen. My games when they go full screen turn black and
the computer locks up to the point you must reststart, I get the error if I
press Ctrl Alt Delete just before it freezes.
