I have run the Windows XP video decoder checkup utility, and it says I have 2
qualified dvd decoders installed. (Windvd 5) and (Power dvd 6). Yet, when I try to play a dvd movie (Any store-bought movie), I immediately get a window that pops up saying there's a problem with digital copywrite protection. I've clicked the more info. button, followed the links, and the only help I've been able to get from Microsoft didn't fix the problem. They say if I have a qualified decoder (And I do), then make sure its configured (It is because I can watch movies on it), then try re-starting your machine. These suggestions have not solved the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jeff |
