When I first setup my new system, I was able to watch TV, now all of a sudden
I get the message "Decoder in Use" ... I can not determine what the issue is. Also, my Dell documentation doesn't tell my what type of TV tuner I have... is there a way to determine this? Any help is greatly appreciated! |

If you are using a cable system with digital channels, it's possible that
the cable company turned on "5C" encoding. What does this mean ... "5C" encoding? How can I verify this? Because it doesn't find a tv signal any longer... however, at first it worked just fine. Thanks for your assistance! I figured it out ... it was the Update Rollup 2 for MC 2005. I uninstalled
and it worked!
