Most programs are installed in the \program folder on the drive where
windows are installed. However, the D drive should be available in explorer if the partition has been generated and formatted. Thus, you could store any data files on the D drive. Typically, Video applications has option for selecting where you want to have your files stored. Try right clicking on the start button and select explore. You should see the D drive. You can create folder on the D drive. You can copy or move files or folders from C to D: Do not move any system files or folders \windows or \program files. Sometime even program files not in the above folder will not work if moved since the registry may contain path statements. -- Jon Hildrum DTS MVP Jon_Hildrum@msn.com www.hildrum.com "roy" <roy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A2ED6386-5916-46E5-A7F9-13D180073B7D@microsoft.com... > my disc is partitioned, c and d. all of my files etc aer on c, i would > like > to know how to access d drive and transfer existing files or use d to > install > new programmes ie for video capture > thank you > -- > roy willmott |

Hey, I noticed the question was answered and am asking a new question. For
some reason it won't let me post a new thread. First, how do I make it so it doesn't lag between the different scenes/clips on the storyboard when playing. -and- How do I put my video on a website when completed. Thanks if you find and answer this. |
