Default TV Out on an old comp with Intel 828

Hi all,
I am trying to use an old comp to play DivX on TV. I am using component
video out from the Intel 828 video card. However, the display on the TV
is small with black boarder around it. Anything I can set to make it to
display full screen on the TV?

Thank you for your time.

Change the resolution to something like 800 x 600 on the secondary screen
(ie the tv) by right clicking the desktop, selecting Properties and then
clicking on Settings.
