I have connected my Latitude D810 to my PC via an S3 combo cable. I can get a
perfect picture of my laptop screen. When I try to play a video or DVD I get full sound, the outline of the media player and it's controls but a black area where the video should be. I have tried Windows Media Player, Videolan and PowerDVD with the same result. I apreciate that I am doing something wrong but I would be grateful if somebody could tell me what it is. Many thanks. Either make the tv monitor the primary monitor, using the graphics card
properties, or turn off acceleration, http://www.myvideoproblems.com/Tutor...celeration.htm -- Graham Hughes MVP Digital Media www.myvideoproblems.co.uk www.dvds2treasure.com www.simplydv.com "Martyn" <Martyn@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:4F1102F2-F831-49FC-BFA9-BA40EDADD349@microsoft.com... >I have connected my Latitude D810 to my PC via an S3 combo cable.
