it could be a codec issue... if you're trying to use MPEG-2 or Divx/Xvid
encoded files... what type of video files are you trying to use? -- PapaJohn Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 website - http://www.papajohn.org MM2 Tips and Tricks: http://www.simplydv.co.uk/simplyBB/viewtopic.php?t=4693 Online Newsletters: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx "Clarice" <clarice@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news 77F4251-0A6F-4209-BDA5-6AF2594D07FA@microsoft.com...> Why do my movie files look fine when imported to a collection but when > dragged into a storyboard become unsynchronized? > -- > CCG |

Online info about your Canon says it records in Motion JPEG format.... which
could have an AVI extension. It's a codec issue. If you don't have success with them in Movie Maker, converting them to other files would be the thing to do.... -- PapaJohn Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 website - http://www.papajohn.org MM2 Tips and Tricks: http://www.simplydv.co.uk/simplyBB/viewtopic.php?t=4693 Online Newsletters: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx "Clarice" <clarice@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news A995EB9-4495-495B-930A-CCF543EBE742@microsoft.com...>I am using a canon sd400 and I think the files are .avi > -- > CCG > > > "PapaJohn (MVP)" wrote: > >> it could be a codec issue... if you're trying to use MPEG-2 or Divx/Xvid >> encoded files... what type of video files are you trying to use? >> -- >> PapaJohn >> >> Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 website - http://www.papajohn.org >> MM2 Tips and Tricks: >> http://www.simplydv.co.uk/simplyBB/viewtopic.php?t=4693 >> Online Newsletters: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx >> >> >> "Clarice" <clarice@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news 77F4251-0A6F-4209-BDA5-6AF2594D07FA@microsoft.com...>> > Why do my movie files look fine when imported to a collection but when >> > dragged into a storyboard become unsynchronized? >> > -- >> > CCG >> >> >> |
