Default Dual Display Settings Lost

I have my Latitude D410 configured with an extended desktop when
connected in the mediabase dock. I have my primary screen (a flat
panel) on the right and my secondary screen (the notebook display) on
the left. Windows and Intel software has the Primary screen on the left
by default, which is the opposite of my set up.

I can manually change the orientation of the screens, however upon
reboot, undock, logoff etc the screen orientation gets reverted. Is
there any way I can make these settings stick?
