Default Certificate File Missing or Corrupt

I have a software on my computer "Roxio" that I want to delete, but can't. I
get the msg. "certificate file missing" I tried the add /remove programs, I
got same msg. This software does not have an uninstall option with it. Can
anyone help me with this? I am using Windows XP Home Edition.
Thanks...

You'd have to reinstall it and then uninstall it.
