Default dvc90 video device

I purchased the above video capture device as a package but when i installed
it a message saying that the file esmaudio.sys needs to be downloaded from
the installation disk. the disk does not come with the package so i cannot
do that. I have written to Pinnacle the makers who have promised me twice to
solve the problem but after 4 months have still not done so. does anyone
know if i can get a disk or can the missing file be downloaded, the device
downloads & captures the video well but with no sound. any info would be
appreciated. Is this file specific to this product or is it one that should
be found on my system which is xp service pack 2. If it is not i may
consider purchasing a different make.
