I had to clean out a friends laptop, due to high infestation. He didn't have
the original discs so I reloaded it with a brand new windows xp home edition. It will play dvds but when I do, the sound stutters ( it does play cds ) It is a fujitsu lifebook 2120- if that matters. This once happened to me with my dell. I had to reload windows and the dvd sound stuttered. I called dell and after 3 hrs of phone tech support, the gentleman sent me a patch to download and asked if I had recently updated windows. I was so happy to finish the phone call, I never found out exactly what happened. can someone explain this to me and help me get back quality dvd sound? |
