Default Remote access dilemma.

We have a client who requires their call center staff to have IT
personel log in remotely to their workstation.

That's easy.

They also require video conferencing. Also easy.

HEre's the tricky bit.

The IT people will be working in the workstation, and will have boxes
popping up constantly. We don't want the call center staff to be able
to see these boxes.

Currently, we have created a test machine and we can see black boxes
pop up whenever the actual boxes come up.. Is there a way that these
can be removed completly?

What I have thought of was:

Give the IT people two monitors, and have the boxes pop up on the
second monitor, making it unviewable by the call center people..

However, it might not work.

Second: send the boxes somehow to the background. PErhaps behind the
logo of the company which would constantly be there.. Though it'd have
to be a pretty big logo, and cause suspision.

Any suggestions?

I've just been put into this project; so I don't know any other
details. More will come later on, when we have an official meeting..
Anyway, I'm boggd as to what I can do..

Thanks for all your help..
