Trying to use remote assistance to help users in a corporate environment. RA
out of box works great. But what I need is to make RA work without any interaction from the user. Meaning I want to take control of the users desktop without them be required to click anything to allow me. Much like how Netmeeting Remote Desktop Sharing worked. Is this possible? If so, how is this accomplished? |
